Mirotone is delighted to announce that it has acquired Quantum Timber Finishes Pty Ltd (QTF).
Quantum Timber Finishes are specialists in bio based timber conditioners and finishes. Over 20 years of dedication to ecologically sustainable products has resulted in a wood care product range that is formulated from vegetable derived resonated oils, sourced entirely from renewable resources (not a petrochemical base). The range has minimal VOC’s which makes them both safer for the users and the environment.
The acquisition of QTF reinforces Mirotone’s position as a leading supplier of surface coatings to protect and beautify interior and exterior wood and a variety of other substrates.
Quantum’s range of well-regarded interior, exterior, decking and floor coatings are well aligned with Mirotone’s existing product range, and will provide further opportunities for Mirotone to offer complete coating solutions.
QTF currently supply products through an extensive network of trade and paint stores throughout the country. With an expanded range and distribution network there are many exciting opportunities for the Mirotone, Polycure and QTF brands to increase their brand presence. In addition, we will continue the focus on building relationships with Architects, Specifiers and Builders to be trusted advisors in providing coating specifications for projects.
