AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K Floor Finish is a high performance, two pack, water based floor finish which is ideal for commercial and high traffic environments that are exposed to black heel marks on a daily basis. AQUAPRO 8270 is fast drying, non-yellowing and is available in matt, satin and full gloss finishes.

Being low VOC AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K complies with the Green Building Council Australia: Green Star – Office Design v 3 & Office As Built, Table IEQ – 13.1 Maximum TVOC Content Limits for Paints, Varnishes and Protective Coatings. This makes it ideal for use when a low VOC coating is required for Green Star compliance.

With new slip resistance requirements introduced by the Building Code of Australia, a minimum R10 rating is required for stair treads (including domestic houses) and the pedestrian ramps and landings of all Class 2-9 buildings. AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K when mixed with AQUAPRO 8930 Sure Grip Additive, meets the standard AS/NZS 4586:2004 Slip Resistance Classification – achieving Classification Group = R10.
